The Family–School Stabilisation Framework™
4–6 Week Structured Intervention Block
This time-limited intervention supports pupils experiencing:
• Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)
• Anxiety-linked persistent absence
• SEND-related attendance instability
• Reintegration following breakdown
• Escalating parent–school conflict

Staff Development & Capacity Building
Psychologically informed CPD designed to strengthen staff confidence when responding to emotionally driven attendance difficulty.
Core Areas:
• Understanding EBSA and anxiety-linked absence
• Supporting SEND-related attendance instability
• Working with parents to prevent escalation
• Reintegration after breakdown
Sessions combine psychological theory, practical application and implementation planning.

Trust-Level Strategic Support
Attendance & Escalation Prevention Partnership
Designed for academy trusts seeking structured early intervention capacity across multiple schools.
Includes:
• Three full-day strategic training sessions annually
• Termly strategic planning call
• Cohort-level impact summary reporting
• Priority access to intervention blocks
Annual Investment: £4,000

Referral Suitability
The Family–School Stabilisation Framework™ is suitable for pupils:
✔ Experiencing early-stage emotionally driven absence
✔ Showing escalating resistance linked to anxiety or SEND
✔ At risk of breakdown but not yet at statutory threshold
This is not a crisis or therapeutic service.
Cases requiring safeguarding investigation, clinical intervention or immediate statutory response will be signposted appropriately.
